Domestic Shipping

Please allow five working days from receipt of your payment for goods to be delivered to your door (however times may vary depending on your location or time of year). All deliveries are done by regular post. Charged $6.5 for single orders, $9.5 for orders of two and $12.5 for orders of three pairs or more.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are incurred for all smaller orders. All attempts have been made to keep delivery charges down. A handling charge applies for all orders - $1/order in New Zealand and $2 for every overseas order.

Australia

Standard delivery is by airmail. Please allow 10 working days for delivery from postage to most Australian addresses. The delivery charge per pair: one for $15, two for $25, three or more for $35.

Asia 

Standard delivery is by airmail. Please allow 10 working days for delivery from postage to most East Asian addresses. The delivery charge per pair: one for $20, two for $35, three or more for $50 or more.

USA & Canada

Standard delivery is by mail. Please allow 10 working days for delivery from postage to most Australian addresses. The delivery charge per pair: one for $15, two for $25 or $35 for three or more.

How to Return  

 

Returns & refunds

Artisan will happily replace your purchase if it does not meet your expectations. Just make sure the product is returned in its original unused condition within 14 days of purchase.As the sandals are made from genuine leather they will soften and give to the shape of your foot. Accordingly you do want the sandals to be a firm fit to start with. If you still don't think they are the right size we encourage you to contact us at enquiries@artisanshoes.co.nz to discuss the issue (we've worn them for over five years so have an idea about how they wear).

 

Goods are returned to Artisan at your expense, however if the footwear is faulty we will credit or refund the return postage cost.Please note we are happy to exchange sale goods but postage will have to be paid both ways by the customer. If you have any further questions regarding refunds please contact us at enquiries@artisanshoes.co.nz or call us on +64-7-543 3876.

 

Customs Duties & Other Fees 

 

International orders will incur delivery charges and the recipient will also be responsible for any duty, taxes and import charges

 

Damaged Items  

If your goods arrive damaged return them as above and we will happily replace them.

Payment can be made by credit card, or in New Zealand and Australia internet banking payments are also accepted. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full.
